1. No Returns or Refunds

1.1. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.
1.2. This policy applies to all products, including solid gold, gold-plated, gold-filled, and fashion jewellery.
1.3. We do not offer refunds or returns due to a change of mind, incorrect sizing, or normal wear and tear.

2. Exchanges for Defective Items

2.1. If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2.2. Customers must provide:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • A video showing the defect.
    2.3. We will evaluate the evidence and determine if an exchange is warranted. If approved, a replacement item will be sent.
    2.4. If the exact item is unavailable, we will offer an exchange for a product of equal value. No refunds will be provided.
    2.5. Customers may need to return the defective item before an exchange is processed. Return shipping instructions will be provided if required.

3. Body Piercing Jewellery – No Returns or Exchanges

3.1. For hygiene and safety reasons, body piercing jewellery is non-returnable and non-exchangeable, even if unworn.

4. Custom & Personalized Jewellery

4.1. Custom-made and engraved jewellery is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
4.2. If there is an issue with a custom order, it will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
